Girl Hurt:
Empower Her to Breathe

A Weekend of Healing, Sisterhood, Purpose and Peace

August 28–31, 2026 • Perdido Key, Florida

About the retreat

Rest. Release.
Reclaim.
Breathe Again.

The 2026 Girl Hurt: Empower Her to Breathe Retreat was a luxury healing and empowerment experience presented as an extension and fundraiser for Overflo Outreach Ministries.

Women gathered in a beautiful private retreat home in Perdido Key, Florida, for a weekend centered on rest, release, restoration, sisterhood, spiritual renewal and rediscovering purpose.

The retreat provided a safe and supportive environment where women could put down the weight they had been carrying, reconnect with themselves and one another, and leave equipped to move forward with renewed confidence.
